I will be there when you need me and not when you don’t.

I don’t have any rules on how many days or how often, although my rate is lower the more days you commit to.

You’ll get an impatient focus on results.  
I’m not there to survive in my job.  I’m there to deliver value - quickly. If I can’t deliver value, and keep doing it, I shouldn’t be there and don’t want to be.

You’ll get both strategic and detailed input.

As an experienced outsider that has coached and mentored over thirty business leaders, I can provide the fresh insights that come from being a new pair of eyes.  At the same time, I am not a consultant, I’m an implementer.  And a good strategy only creates value when it is implemented.

You’ll reduce risk.  

I’ve seen a lot, done a lot, made some mistakes and learnt a lot. My experience and training is all deployed for your benefit - to minimise your risk and maximise your opportunity.

You’ll get someone personable who quickly gains the support of staff.  

Whilst obviously nothing with people can ever be guaranteed, I’ve had to deal with many difficult situations and emotions, and can normally win the hearts and minds of most people.  That’s not to say I’ll be trying to please all the people, all of the time - that’s a recipe for disaster.  But I will carry most people with me through good clear leadership, a straightforward approach and a professionalism that even the most grudging staff respect.
